The service is always quick and I normally get my car back same day. But to be fair the only reason I rated 4 this time is because it's becoming a habit that I half to sit in the service line for 15+ mins just to drop off the vehicle. It also has been really unorganized when I come to pick up my vehicle. I've been having to track down the tech from the service dept in order to get my keys. We moved to San Antonio this year. I bought my last Tundra in Bryan/ College Station. So I swapped from they’re service dept to North Park Toyota not knowing what to expect . To my surprise I was immediately welcomed by this service Dept. These guys deal with huge volume of customers and always have me out in a timely Manor .
