The process was easy, they answered every question. I dont have the greatest credit but i also wont settle for something I dont want or wont be happy with. They got me into a Jeep which was what I wanted. They didnt push me into something i didnt want.

Great bunch of people work at Northside Mitsubishi. I have met many people at different dealerships including Honda, Toyota, VW, Mazda, Hyundai but i have never seen such intent to sell business. Kyle was truly awesome and went above and beyond to make us a great offer. Graydon from Finance is also superb and accommodated every request that we made to the best of his abilities.
