My family and I had a great experience purchasing a new-used vehicle here at North Side Mitsubishi. The team here is very helpful, and friendly, and had good vibes. Kristy has been nothing but helpful and accommodating every time I have called or brought my vehicle in. Most recently, I had a vehicle emergency and blew a tire, and they got me a new tire and it installed the same day I called.Ā

My appointment was for 10 am and promptly at 10 my vehicle was taken for oil change. Estelle was very professional and efficient. She explained what needed to be done to vehicle in future. I was glad she did not try to upsell anything to me.Ā
