Kristy is amazing at her job and is very pleasant. She is very busy but gets the job done efficiently, lets me know what needs to be done without making me feel like she’s upselling, and explains anything that I don’t understand. I have dealt with others in the service department but she’s by far the best. Thanks for your service Kristy!

Really appreciated the understanding that was expressed in regards to some things; I’d been spiralling financially in the background for a while so I needed to change appointments a few times because the nature of my job (courier) makes it hard to forecast how much money I’ll have and at what points.
