I prefer going to Northside Mitsu even if it’s a bit longer drive from home. It’s always a pleasant experience and we’ve never had any issues after my RVR gets serviced. Will definitely continue to bring my RVR to them for all service needs.

My catalytic converter was stolen off my 2024 RVR so this repair had to be coordinated with my insurance company. Thanks to Ryan in parts dept for helping me with info to complete my police report and for suggesting that an anti theft plate be installed over the new catalytic converter. Estelle in the service dept was patient, knowledgeable, and professional in dealing with me and the insurance company. I've been building an 07 eclipse for courier work. I need a bulletproof car. Northside mitsubishi has dealt with some real pain in the butt issues with a 17 year old car. Christy is an angel. Whether it's just getting the job done or supplying parts, or part numbers so i can supply my own parts. She hasn't failed yet. They always stand behind their work. I always get good information that i can work with. Aaaannnd, their price is always reasonable.
