Verified Renter Ive been staying in Northbrook for 9 months now. Quiet/safe area & love the floor plan layout. Any problems I may have the management and maintenance team make it there duty to get it right. Also very friendly. Highly recommend .

Verified Renter Overall Im pleased with Northbrook! I hate the carpet in bedrooms but cant move my furniture to have carpet replaced due to wear over the years. Parking lot has lots of sand & mud during rain & needs to be done

Quaint and peaceful I love living at Pinebrook. The property staff and maintenance staff are always smiling and seem happy to help. The siding could look a little better but i've heard they are replacing it soon. The neighborhood is good and there is never any crime here. I like my neighbors and i always feel peaceful when coming home. I come home late at night and never feel uncomfortable. There is also a police officer that lives at the property which makes me feel even more comfortable.
