Verified Renter this is a great place to live location is wonderful. The staff in the office do not communicate do not handle the situation as they should when it comes to maintenance of your apartment.

Verified Renter Northbrook apartments are somewhat okay. Yes it is quiet, however the problems are once you get inside. The management told me I would getting a downstairs apartment but on the day I went to get my keys they put me upstairs. The walls are not painted nicely. The electrical circuits are all messed up. There are soft spots in the flooring but they will tell you its nothing to worry about. The dishwasher smells. I had to sell my washer and dryer because they put the connections in a closet that had the smallest ... read more
