I was scheduled to move in 08/7/2020. the apartment i applied for was not ready and i was informed that it would not be until two weeks later. They told me they had and apartment ready that I could move into. I had not viewed a one bedroom apartment until they actual day I moved in. The apartment they showed me had so may issues but the management promised to get them resolved. Verified Renter The apartment is very physically appealing. However since I moved in it has been problem after problem with the apt. Maintence is slow to respond. I have yet to recieve the mailbox key and its going on four months since Ive been here.

Verified Renter Pinebrook is a nice quiet area to stay in but the quality of the apartments are not worth the price being paid for.The maintenance people dont complete work orders.Also smoke is always in my apartment from my neighbor.And my rent went up $30 more from what I usually pay.

0 STARS I stay here and I freaking hate it! I’ve had a roof leak for months and a maintenance request for a tub resurfacing since May. I haven’t been able to take a sit down bath since. No maintenance and on top of that, they lost my rent money order. Save yourself and don’t rent here. -Christina

Horrible Maintenance guys are nice. That's the only complement I can give this place. Need to talk to someone in the office? Good luck. Although office hours are clearly posted, 85% of the time they can't be bothered to be there. In three years, every issue that has been fixed I had to bring to the maintenance crew's attention directly. Submitting a work order through the office or their website is a waste of time because it will be ignored.
