Pinebrook is cozy I love living at Pinebrook. The trees make the property feel cozy and warm. The grass is always green and the property is always clean. I have never had any problems with the property staff or maintenance staff. I would and have recommended Pinebrook to many of my friends and coworkers.
Pinebrook Centrally located between the cities of Jackson and Madison MS, makes living there ideal for work and school. However the quality of the complex care has diminished in the last few years. And the rent keeps increasing. It's still nice for how much you pay but has few amenities. I've been there ten years. Come see for yourself!
Find someplace else Been in these apartments for about 5 months……ceiling fan fell and was hanging from the bedroom ceiling for2 months before someone came to fix it AC didn’t work, had to buy a window unit and no one still hasn’t come by to fix that Porch light was out for a month, was only fixed a week before new neighbors moved in Mailbox lock has been changed twice without any notification from the office Hot water runs brown all the time Office always closed This place is absolute trash for it to be located in Ridgeland…... read more

Just Don’t I’ve been here for 7 months and every month the office comes up for a new train to charge me extra for rent. Not to mention on the day I was suppose to move in, which they knew 3 months ahead of time, I got a call saying my apartment failed inspection and I couldn’t move in. Oh and the maintenance is non-existing. I had multiple electrical issues that they ignored and even refused to look at. I had to hire someone to come fix it and the office refused to reimburse me. 1 1/2 year later w same problems I’m a former tenant of the apartment complex. After moving out in 2019, we had a few issues where The management decided to post “unpaid payments” on our account which was taken to collections and added to my husband and I’s credit. It took 3+ months to get it removed after getting the run around from Pinebrook for 3+ months so they could contact the collection agency about the false allegations. Poor maintenance It takes days to weeks to get emergency (a/c, plumbing, sewage, hot water heater etc) maintenance issues fixed. After being patient and understanding, you basically have to get nasty to get something critical fixed. No one even returns calls when you call the after hours maintenance number. It’s pointless to call in a emergency maintenance request on Saturday & Sunday

Verified Renter One of the Worse decisions ever. I will be so happy when my lease is up. I wouldnt recommend anyone that I know to move in these apartments. Calling the office is such a headache. Its very hard to get something resolved around here
