Came in with my Bernese Mountain Dog, he was very weak and dehydrated, and I was scared he had a bowel obstruction, as he eats everything in sight. They got his vitals right away, and the wait was 5-6 hours. They reassured Me multiple times that they’re short staffed and super sorry for the wait. They were treated terrible by some families. This is an ER people, same as going to a hospital, critical comes first. If you can’t understand that, then please don’t come in there screaming and cursing at the staff. You’re an adul... read more

We had a very positive visit at this clinic. My dog was having an issue with a mass in his stomach. X-rays determined the problem. Surgery was the answer and now he on the mend. 🥰🐩

Took my Rottweiler in staff was very pleasant and helpful but the wait time for emergency room visit was very long need a better wait time system didnt mind the wait it was like 3 to 4 hrs especially when your pet is hurting or sick
