The staff at NIVES was very compassionate during a stressful, scary time for our family and puppy. When asked to repeat or review their findings, diagnosis, treatment plan, projected costs, etc., they were so very patient and accommadating.
The whole staff was very polite and caring. We dealt with probably 5 or 6 different staff members and they all treated us like family during our difficult time. Much appreciated
I take my two Sphynx cats here for their annual echocardiograms. It’s an hour and a half drive each way but worth it to make sure my boys are healthy. The staff is always kind and patient. Dr Leffers is very nice and my cats seem to love her. She takes the time to explain everything to me without sounding rushed or put out. I definitely recommend NIVES, especially if you’re looking for a great cardiologist. The prices are very reasonable as well.
