Took my Rottweiler in staff was very pleasant and helpful but the wait time for emergency room visit was very long need a better wait time system didnt mind the wait it was like 3 to 4 hrs especially when your pet is hurting or sick

Did an awesome job with our dog Kane. I took him in with a cut on his leg and all the people that dealt with were friendly and very compassionate towards Kane and kept him calm. excellent work everyone

Brought my 4 month old puppy in after she ate fireworks, they helped us out so so much made up a plan, we couldn’t afford it so they made up a different plan that was more in our price range and she’s doing so so much better, honestly think if we didn’t bring her she wouldn’t have made it, truly beyond blessed ❤️ the ladies and the vet were super nice and understanding and patience with us 100% recommend them

I had to unexpectedly put my 13 year old cat down today & the dr & staff were so amazing! They were professional, caring, & so helpful through this process. It was my first time having to put a pet down. Thank you for everything. It was hard & will be for some time, but I’m glad I came to you guys.

Our pup showed up in very poor shape. Not knowing what was wrong the doctors worked diligently to get her back in shape to come home. That kept us abreast of her situation the whole time never failing to take time to answer all our questions. We appreciate all the time and effort put forth by the entire staff. I will say if you need to go there bring a sweatshirt.

Our little Bob, a 9yr 5 lb Toy Yorkie has struggled with thriving since a dental and tooth pulled a week ago. The care here was very professional from the front desk techs both upon our entering and leaving with Bob. During Bob’s 24+ hour stay we had personal contact once with a Dr. Harry and later with Dr. Hilliard. Both caring and informative about treating Bob. They are very pleasant and professional in all they do and say…when you walk-in they evaluate the problem and then let you know when they can get you in..if possible make an appointment..we’ve been there several times and it’s been a good experience as far as diagnosis and treatment..if you can’t see your regular vet that’s the the place to go.

I did have to wait just about an hour, which for a walk-in is expected; but, I was asked if the need for the visit was great enough to go straight to care. Thankfully, my girl was alright and we had time. We met some very caring individuals and were provided for wonderfully! I can tell the people here love their work and I was really glad we came. I would be happy to recommend this clinic/hospital to anyone in need; they’re just great!

I took my pet to the new urgent car clinic. The staff is amazing, no wait times, bill was reasonable.
