RecommendedOver the weekend my dog got ahold of an inhaler and got sick from it, NIVES took her at like 3 am and got to work on her right away. They were very sweet and gentle with her and me, and made sure she came home healthy and safe. It was also less expensive than quoted.
They were great! Answered all my questions and know there stuff!! Very grateful for all who work there.
came in with a dog I found hit on the side of the road. the vet was very nice and understanding explained everything she could. The tech however are the most impersonal I have ever dealt with. all she cared about was who was taking financial responsibility. the vet had to yell at her from the office to stop. i refused to leave the dog alone with her because she had zero care about what she is doing. this is why I go to dupont. always friendly staff no matter the situation. I had an hour drive they told me 4-6 hours wait and it was the 4 hours but the care team was fabulous!
When I walked in, I was ready to cry, fearing the worst. These people are AMAZING. So gentle, so sweet. They try to keep your fur baby calm, they are through. If you want help for your pet NOW, go there. Please. They are compassionate, so compassionate. They treat your pet like a child. Giving the same respect and love to them that you do. So what do you do on a Saturday morning when it suddenly occurs to your cat is losing weight and not eating? You pack her up and take her to the Northeast Indiana veterinary Hospital. Really helpful staff, caring people, careful to lay out all the costs, and here we are five days later a perfectly fine cat! Thank you.
