Other then the high prices, I felt the staff was very kind to me and loving to my cat. The Dr. Gave me opinions with misty's treatment and how much it would cost for each one. I was able to get her some pain medicine to get her threw the weekend . With my fur baby out of pain and my mind more at ease, I can get her to the vet 1st thing monday, where it was more affordable.
A tad pricey, however, when you need them they are available! I did call ahead and they asked for an ETA. We were seen promptly and cared for very well. As my primary vet was out of town and we needed help it was a blessing they were there. They listened, evaluated, and helped. Thank you!

Our experience at this facility was wonderful. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The ICU doctor phoned me with his diagnosis and treatment plan. He was very thorough in explaining all of the information and answering my concerns and questions. I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff !!! The ladies who work the front desk and the assistants in the ICU were genuinely concerned about my little dog and me , as well !! Thank you !! Brought our pup in after she was attacked by another dog. Everyone was very warm, sympathetic, and congenial. They gave her lots of love, while treating her wounds in a timely manner. The vet took time to talk with us about the specifics of her wounds and meds. The vet tech let me know that she was acting anxious when she woke up from the sedative and allowed me to go in the back to comfort her as she came out of it. Everyone was very sweet and you could just tell that they are passionate about helping their little patients.... read more

They were very caring. We had to have our dog put to sleep and the doctor was heartbroken having to do it. They gave us all the time we wanted to spend time with her and be there with her until her last breath. I thing they are outstanding. Byron and Gloria Reed
