RecommendedUnfortunately we have had to make several visits to NIVES over the years. The majority of the visits ended with us assisting our beloved fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. Everyone is always extremely compassionate and kind. Even visits during stressful situations such as COVID or packed waiting rooms resulted in us feeling listened to and like we were VIP patients even though we were no more important than any other patient there. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go for medical emergencies with your animals.

RecommendedNIVES is literally a lifesaver! Our beloved fur baby Toast got sick suddenly and we were unable to get him the proper diagnosis and care in our small town during a crucial time. RecommendedI had to take my cat Azazel to NIVES. The staff were very compassionate throughout the night and I appreciated they were upfront about the cost of the treatment plan before beginning. Fortunately Azazel is going just fine. However if you’re experiencing an emergency with your pet I wouldn’t hesitate to take them to NIVES. Highly recommend!

RecommendedMy pup and I had to spend a Saturday with NIVES after she tore a gnarly gash in her leg. She required some sedation and suturing. We were brought back within 45 minutes of arriving and checking in which I didn't feel was unreasonable. The staff was kind and helpful as we brought my dog in on the gurney. After we got her checked out by the vet tech and vet, they decided she needed to be sedated and sutured. RecommendedAbsolutely the best care that my dog is receiving. He has Large Cell Lymphoma and the care and treatment he is receiving there will help to extend his life. They are all very caring, and take the time needed to explain in detail his treatment plan.
