RecommendedThe staff was extremely nice and caring. The urgent care staff, Nancy and Gabby, were very apologetic when they had to close due to their doctor having an emergency. We were transferred to the emergency room. Our little Jack Russel was a level 2 patient so our wait time was a little long. Once they had a room open, we got right in. From there we waited about a half hour before they took our baby back for an outpatient procedure. Everyone took great care of our baby and we were able to take her home. Thank you 🙏
RecommendedWe could not be more pleased with the treatment/service received when we took our dog to NIVES after hours. They were friendly, professional and prompt in diagnosing and treating our pet. I might add, I was very pleasantly surprised with how reasonable their fees were.
RecommendedThey are so amazing my dog was hit by a UPS truck and broke his leg and ankle they were able to fix it. They took such great care of my dog I would recommend to anyone with an animal injury. Best 24 hr vet in Indiana.
RecommendedWe rushed our puppy in tonight, thinking the worst, she’s a goner. They knew just looking at her that she was going to be fine, but they still treated our concerns as 100% genuine and never questioned our fear or made us feel lesser in any way. RecommendedWe took our 14-year-old Maine Coon cat into NIVES last week after our vet, on initial examination and x-rays, suggested euthanasia may be in order. NIVES was ready for us when we arrived, worked with us over a 3 day period to stabilize then diagnose her. It was pancreatitis, acute yet moderate. The staff is easy to work with and very caring. RecommendedVery fast response to my emergency visit for my cat. He stayed 2.5 days & I received updates 1-2 times a day. I would definitely recommend this office.
RecommendedSaved our sweet puppies life after she ate something she wasn’t supposed to and had a bowel obstruction. She had to be taken for an ex lap for removal. Everyone was wonderful and we couldn’t of asked for better care for our Ari❤️
