We rushed our puppy in tonight, thinking the worst, she’s a goner. They knew just looking at her that she was going to be fine, but they still treated our concerns as 100% genuine and never questioned our fear or made us feel lesser in any way. We took our 14-year-old Maine Coon cat into NIVES last week after our vet, on initial examination and x-rays, suggested euthanasia may be in order. NIVES was ready for us when we arrived, worked with us over a 3 day period to stabilize then diagnose her. It was pancreatitis, acute yet moderate. The staff is easy to work with and very caring. Very fast response to my emergency visit for my cat. He stayed 2.5 days & I received updates 1-2 times a day. I would definitely recommend this office.
Saved our sweet puppies life after she ate something she wasn’t supposed to and had a bowel obstruction. She had to be taken for an ex lap for removal. Everyone was wonderful and we couldn’t of asked for better care for our Ari❤️

Unfortunately, I had to make an emergency visit to NIVES for my dog. They were knowledgeable, caring, and understood the seriousness of the issue. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of emergency care for your pet to NIVES.
Our best dog, Mayzie, has received excellent care by Dr. Totten for a lymphoma. PTL she is doing very well thanks to Dr. Totten and NIVES.
