first of all it was tough for me to transfer care since i really liked my previous dentist but had to find a new one that is closer to my house.When my dental insurance emailed me the lists of all dentists around my area i had to google each one of the them and dr Aylen had the best review online. And those reviews weren't wrong everybody in this clinic are so nice and very friendly. Dr Aylen is very thorough and very caring. She even called me the day after my procedure checking how i'm doing.

Firstly - in the interest of transparency I would like to say that Northgate Smiles gives a very nice incentive for their clients to leave reviews. The receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentists are all very welcoming and willing to take time to explain things to you. They are very easy to schedule appointments with and utilize multiple ways of reminding you of your appointment. For most people, dentists are not popular folks. Dr. Karla. E Aylen and Northgate Smiles are the "huge" exception. My experience with dentist is usually highly "transactional" in that they try to "push" products and services on to you. Dr. Aylen is the complete opposite. Their patient care is off the charts. Not only was she very personable and caring during all my procedures with included a root canal and insertion of crown, etc., but her team follow-on care was tremendous. I am new to the Seattle area and finally came to the decision to make a dentist appointment. I chose this location based on excellent reviews and proximity to my apartment, but also on the attention to detail for their website and list of services provided. I am more than happy with my final decision. This office has kept up with the times and technology. There are TVs in every room with remote that you can control. I called them to schedule an appointment, and they got me in that same day. When I arrived I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff. They were approachable, friendly, professional and jovial. Their lobby is modern, clean and spacious. When I was called back the dental assistant was just as nice as the ladies up front! She walked me through what I should expect for my entire visit, and answered my questions. She took my x-rays, which were a breeze! I have been very happy with this dentist and get staff for several years now. Always professional, courteous, and thoughtful. They also keep my dental anxiety to a absolute minimum! Over the years I've had two different dentalinsurance companies, that this office has worked extremely well with. All costs are accurately predicted before treatment is done.

i think northgate smiles is a great place. i am always pleased with every visit. they are super nice, professional and helpful. they give you multiple reminders of your appointments and are truly so nice and im so happy that i found this place. they are amazing.
