I I have been using this dentist for about a month and I have been very happy with their service. They take all necessary steps to make your comfortable while receiving dental work. I've had cavities filled and my root canal plus the deep cleanings. Dr. Aluas worked on an extensive root canal I had about two weeks ago. These professionals have thought of everything. Had a really positive experience with this Dentist, everyone was very professional and did a great job
I had a hard time finding a dentist in Yakima. I now drive a 300 mile RT to go to Dr. Aylen. She got me in right away, and scheduled me in the next day to do prep work. And her fees were so much lower than what I could find here, the drive is still cost-effective.
I absolutely love Dr. Aylen and her staff. Everyone is always polite and helpful. Dr. Aylen has created an environment which is warm and inviting. I recommend Northgate Smiles every chance I get.
This was by far one of my best encounter with any dentist. I already dislike the dentist as I hate needles but I can safely say that any up coming appointment with Dr. Aylen puts my mind at ease. My root canal was my most painless dental work I've ever had. Don't care where I move I'm always going back to Northgate smiles!!
I very much enjoyed the service at Northgate Smiles. Staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I was late to my appointment, they fit me in and didn't act annoyed. They clearly explained all costs and allowed me to select which services I wanted. They also answered all of my questions thoroughly. Great service!
