I have been a patient of Dr. Aylen’s dental practice for more than three years. Her staff is always very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Aylen and her staff have worked with me for my general dental needs including veneers and also partnered with my orthodontist throughout my adult orthodontia treatment to ensure my teeth remained healthy throughout treatment. I have always been completely satisfied with all of their services and would highly recommend them.
The staff was personable, friendly and welcomed me with a great attitude at 6:30 in the morning. For my first visit, I was given an extensive exam after which Dr. Aylen went over the digital images with me on the screen above the dental chair. She gave me options for how to deal with problem areas, she invited me to ask questions and let me make the final decision on treatment. I am thankful we found Northgate Smiles.
I visited Northgate Smiles to have several cavities filled at the beginning of this year. Across all the appointments, the dentist and staff were very pleasant. They asked me how everything was going throughout the process. They were willing to make adjustments and went out of their way to provide extra comfort by offering a pillow and assisting with the TV. Great staff and environment. I have been to many dentists and have never been more impressed with staff and attention to detail, right down to the view from the chair. Dr. Aylen is kind, friendly and very skilled (I've never had a more comfortable experience with an oral shot). Glad I found Northgate Smiles.
I had a wonderful first time experience with everyone I encountered at Northgate Smiles. I laughed my way through the uncomfortable workup x-rays with a technician who made me feel so comfortable despite all of the hardware and contraptions she had to put into my mouth. Dr. Aylen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly takes time to get to know you, listen to you and answer any questions you might have (never lets a question go unanswered.) I’ve been a patient of hers for several years and I always feel so though she has my best interests in mind. Couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Also her staff is AMAZING!
I've been a patient at Northgate Smiles for 3 years and they are always friendly, organized, and punctual. On all my visits they have taken me on time or even early right when I arrive. Dr. Aylen, the dental hygenists, and assistants are very helpful and supportive when experiencing a new procedure.
