Dr. Aylen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly takes time to get to know you, listen to you and answer any questions you might have (never lets a question go unanswered.) I’ve been a patient of hers for several years and I always feel so though she has my best interests in mind. Couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Also her staff is AMAZING!
I've been a patient at Northgate Smiles for 3 years and they are always friendly, organized, and punctual. On all my visits they have taken me on time or even early right when I arrive. Dr. Aylen, the dental hygenists, and assistants are very helpful and supportive when experiencing a new procedure. I have been seeing Dr. Aylen at Northgate Smiles for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Previous dental offices have told me my teeth are cracked from grinding and that I should consider getting veneers. At Northgate Smiles they let me know my teeth are just fine, although a little worn down from grinding, so I should consider a mouth guard – quite different from the price of veneers! My husband, my five-year old son and I all have the pleasure of being patients of Dr. Aylen. She and her staff are always prompt, extremely friendly, and efficient. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seen. My son always gets the royal treatment when he comes, and it has made his dental experiences so fun. The initial exam was thorough. The doctor and her employees were friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor explained everything and gave me options, something many dentists don't do. Her staff was willing to communicate via email since I am deaf and cannot use a phone. All treatment was communicated up front so I knew exactly what to expect and I've experienced very little pain. I'm impressed with Dr. Aylen and her employees and would highly recommend this dentist to others. Thank you, Dr. Aylen!
Dr. Aylen is simply the best! She is cheerful, kind, gentle, so very knowledgeable and all around wonderful! She truly cares about her patients and it shows! I would follow her anywhere..no other can compare!
I've been a client at this office for years and always come away satisfied. The doctor is very experienced and knowledgeable, the staff are excellent, and fees reasonable.
I loved that I did not have to wait for my appointment! I walked in, checked in, barely had my bum on the couch in the pretty waiting room when they called me back. The hygenist and staff were all friendly and warm. The dentist was super warm, not huried, took a lot of time to look at the x rays and explain what problems she saw, and recommended reasonable follow up with a wait-and-see approach (which I much preferred to the usual - you need to redo your entire mouth advice). I found the office comfortable and the reception staff to be very nice. I did not have to wait long for any of my appointments. I did find the doctor to be arrogant, and I did not find the conversations to be appropriate that her and her assistant had while I was sitting in the chair with my mouth propped open. While the charges were reasonable for the work done, they were not forthcoming about the price prior to the procedure.
