The staff at Northside is so efficient; had my puppy’s meds ready in no time after I called in the refill order. Called to let me know the order was ready for pickup. Staff is always courteous and professional when I go in.

We brought our sweet Lucy to Northside. She had to stay here for a week.They gave Lucy a fighting chance but Lucy lost her battle. Dr. Stacia and ALL of the staff were wonderful and went way beyond to care for Lucy. We are so thankful and blessed that they were there for her.
No amount of words can express how grateful we are to Northside Animal Hospital and Dr. Stacy for save our little dog life. Last July the week end before the 4th of July holiday our Dog got very sick.It was in the evening and I took her to an all night vet in Columbus. They told me she has crystals in her bladder and she would need surgery soon or she could die. I ask about the life saving surgery she need and I was told they do not do surgery there. My fur baby Bo needed oral surgery. Northside was new to us as we had recently moved. I was very nervous to leave my Bo in the hands of Vets that were new to us as we had only visited them one other time. I want to say they were very good to my Bo. The surgery went very well and the Vets were extremely attentive. My Bo is home recuperating and is doing well.
