I did not know I could leave a vets office so happy! Talking with the vet (we saw Dr. Shea) and the techs brings a smile to my face. I am heard, valued, and respected. My GSP who is very cautious about most people he meets (he barks at most people) LOVES the office! This was his second visit and he was happy to be there, didn’t cry, bark, growl or anything. We LOVE Northside Animal Hospital! 💙💙
Great experience with Dr. Bell and staff. Brought my cat in for multiple things to include blood tests and tooth extraction. Dr. Bell kept me informed and the staff was friendly. Thanks for taking care of our boy!
Northside has been my bet for all of my dogs , they are compassionate and hv helped me in some hard times recently . I would recommend them
It was not long ago we had to say goodbye to our Samson after 13 years of loving, and the Staff and Doctor at Northside Animal Hospital was there every step of the way and gave us all the time we needed to love on him before he passed.
Brittney the office manager is the best and has helped me with my kitty cat’s appointments for years , she’s always helpful and so pleasant to me.
They have always been very caring and efficient when caring for our Delilah. They also took care of a very sensitive situation with our older dog, Bolo. We are eternally grateful for their kindness. Could not recommend them enough.
I’ve had three experiences with this facility in two weeks. 1. I called the new after hours clinic in a bit of a panic after my sweet Mittie had eaten something she shouldn’t. It was close to closing time and I live in Harris County… but they listened, understood my concern and waited on me to get there coming from Harris County. Everyone was kind. Nobody treated me bad.
