RecommendedI’ve had three experiences with this facility in two weeks. 1. I called the new after hours clinic in a bit of a panic after my sweet Mittie had eaten something she shouldn’t. It was close to closing time and I live in Harris County… but they listened, understood my concern and waited on me to get there coming from Harris County. Everyone was kind. Nobody treated me bad. RecommendedI brought in a very ill feral kitty from my Mom's house during the new dedicated acute care/emergency hours. Everyone was so understanding and caring. Dr. Katelin Bell was so kind and compassionate in our decision to let the sweet little guy cross the rainbow bridge. She treated a scruffy little stray with the same compassion and respect as she would someone's personal pet. Thank you so much for making a sad and difficult situation so bearable❤️

RecommendedLosing a pet is such a heartbreaking process but the staff at Northside Animal Hospital showed us such extreme compassion in making that difficult decision. They ensured he passed peacefully and helped us in navigating the cremation process. even in the weeks following our loss the staff at Northside reached out to express their condolences. Our geriatric dog was not always the easiest pup to work but the staff was always so great with him during our frequent visits to ensure his comfort as he battled liver cancer. thank you... read more
