 RecommendedNorthside animal hospital has been so great with our Lilly. She had an ear hematoma and we were panicked it would be something worse. Northside reassured us that she would be okay and did everything right to help us. Both financially and emotionally. We cannot thank them enough!!Â
Northside animal hospital is the one I always use for my dog care. Their prices are reasonable. They treat your dog on front of you without hiding mysteries. I love that they are compationist and really loving doctors and staff. My dog used to get very hyper and anxious. But not here. They give him love and care and we do not have to wait more than necessary. They accommodate you and your pet as per your convenience. I am giving 5 stars and if there were 10, I would give them 10 stars. My dog goes home happy and so am I.Â

I was very happy to find Northside. I was looking for a fear-free certified vet clinic and they are one. My dog is anxious and fear-reactive. We moved from NJ and Ruby has had several bad vet experiences, both in NJ and GA. Our vet behaviorist advised that we find a fear-free clinic and Iâm so happy that they are nearby. The vets know exactly how to approach Ruby. They sit on the floor and donât look directly at her or talk to her. and take lots of time with her. While in Columbus from North Carolina for a graduation at Fort Moore, we had the unthinkable happen with our German Shepherd, Stella. We attempted to stabilize her, and were calling around trying to find a vet to rush her to and several were unable to see us. However from the get go, Northside Animal Hospital was wonderful. They told us to get there as soon as we could, and we experienced nothing but excellent care from arrival to discharge. Vinny wasnât acting his hyper and active self. yesterday I decided to take him in and was calling all around town to get him seen. By the grace of god, Northside got him in, seen, and diagnosed all with in a couple hours. We now are navigating life with hip dysplasia. Couldnât be more thankful for the care and treatment we received. Glad to be able to call Northside our home vet nowđ€Â
I was impressed when I came to Northside last Wednesday with my neighbor who had caught her 15 year old community cat that morning because she was not doing well. My neighbor did not have an appointment because with stray cats one never knows when they will show up. Dr. Statia gave us her time on a busy morning before the 4th of July to alleviate my neighbor's fears that she was doing the right thing and it was time for euthanasia. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I have taken Banks there from the start and have always had a great experience. The staff is helpful and we have never had to wait very long. They get everyone in and out and taken care in a timely manner. We will continue to use them going forward.Â
