This was my first experience with our new puppy seeing a veterinarian. Everyone was very friendly from the minute we walked in and made me and our new puppy feel right at home. Dr. K took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand it and answered my many questions. We will definitely be using Northside Animal Hospital as our primary pet care provider. Thank you to everyone that made this experience so pleasant for me and Lola Mae!
We had our first visit, a wellness visit, yesterday and it went well. In the past, my dog has not done well at vet visits and twice she had to be sedated for routine procedures, due to fear anxiety. We just moved to GA and I was thrilled to find a Fear-Free vet clinic. Dr. K was great with my dog! Although she still was anxious, Dr. K worked with her and was able to exam her. I will be happy to visit Northside again.
My schnauzer passed away in and May. The professionalism and empathy displayed by the staff during this very emotional and painful time was exceptional.
We switched vets recently, and we chose Northside. The employees were kind, helpful, and took excellent care of the fur babies!! I would recommend giving them a try.
They were quick seeing my Shadow after arriving for appointment and appropriate tests were done and results provided quickly. Will definitely return for Shadow's or my other pets' needs in the future.
Fantastic Experience. The staff was helpful in setting up my first appointment. I was greeted by the staff when entering the clinic. Everyone was super friendly and inviting. They took great care of my cats while there. The vet was obviously a caring person who loves cats and knows about their needs. I definitely will be continuing to bring my fur babies to Northside Animal Hospital for all of their needs and care.
We take all our animals to Northside, they are great! If they are running behind they keep us updated. Love the staff upfront and the Vets that have worked with our babies.
