I contacted NHS very recently at the last minute on a Saturday morning, and I had an urgent need to get help for two cats I had just rescued. The staff was busy but kept me informed promptly and pleasantly of my place in line. Once I was able to speak with one of the staff, Brittany, she was so patient and helpful, taking her time to help me as I’m sure she did with all the other customers before me. I came here on a whim because my vet did not have any available appointment slots and my cat needed care today. My vet Simone Stewart was incredible. Best experience I've ever had. She was so informative and thorough with her explanations and it was clear she had carefully considered all aspects of care she was administering for us. On top of that, my experiences with the rest of the staff were very pleasant as well. I think I'll be bringing my cat here from now on 🫶🏻

I took my 3.5 week old kittens here today, and I could not be happier! They saw Dr. Stacia and she was so incredibly helpful. She talked me through everything in a way I could fully understand. She was sure to listen to everything I had to say and I truly felt heard. If your pet is sick, or even just for a checkup, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Today I called our vet with questions regarding boarding our chiweenie while we are out of town next month. Our dog has boarding anxiety and after speaking with Debra all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were put to rest. I know that Phoebe will be well taken care of and given all the attention she will need.
