RecommendedI was very happy to find Northside. I was looking for a fear-free certified vet clinic and they are one. My dog is anxious and fear-reactive. We moved from NJ and Ruby has had several bad vet experiences, both in NJ and GA. Our vet behaviorist advised that we find a fear-free clinic and I’m so happy that they are nearby. RecommendedWhile in Columbus from North Carolina for a graduation at Fort Moore, we had the unthinkable happen with our German Shepherd, Stella. We attempted to stabilize her, and were calling around trying to find a vet to rush her to and several were unable to see us. However from the get go, Northside Animal Hospital was wonderful. RecommendedVinny wasn’t acting his hyper and active self. yesterday I decided to take him in and was calling all around town to get him seen. By the grace of god, Northside got him in, seen, and diagnosed all with in a couple hours. We now are navigating life with hip dysplasia. Couldn’t be more thankful for the care and treatment we received. Glad to be able to call Northside our home vet now🤍
RecommendedI was impressed when I came to Northside last Wednesday with my neighbor who had caught her 15 year old community cat that morning because she was not doing well. My neighbor did not have an appointment because with stray cats one never knows when they will show up. Dr. Statia gave us her time on a busy morning before the 4th of July to alleviate my neighbor's fears that she was doing the right thing and it was time for euthanasia. RecommendedVery knowledgeable and efficient. I have taken Banks there from the start and have always had a great experience. The staff is helpful and we have never had to wait very long. They get everyone in and out and taken care in a timely manner. We will continue to use them going forward.

RecommendedI contacted NHS very recently at the last minute on a Saturday morning, and I had an urgent need to get help for two cats I had just rescued. The staff was busy but kept me informed promptly and pleasantly of my place in line. Once I was able to speak with one of the staff, Brittany, she was so patient and helpful, taking her time to help me as I’m sure she did with all the other customers before me. RecommendedI came here on a whim because my vet did not have any available appointment slots and my cat needed care today. My vet Simone Stewart was incredible. Best experience I've ever had. She was so informative and thorough with her explanations and it was clear she had carefully considered all aspects of care she was administering for us. On top of that, my experiences with the rest of the staff were very pleasant as well. I think I'll be bringing my cat here from now on 🫶🏻
