I'm not happy with the service after all when I found out something about the payment for the car and the car that they sold to be something wrong with a break I need to drive to the service and check out what's going on it's a brand new car after a week I drove in the road they already have a problem I never recommend it to everybody.
Totally unexperienced guys in workshop,, my battery terminals are loses and they chargers $97.00 and still called me that they need more 4-5 hrs to check wiring. I refused and get it check form outside and he tightened the battery terminals and not charged single penny,, whereas Nissan planning to get 4-5 hrs labour @$169 hourly,,,Great cheaters. Sorry To Say
Came in for servicing, ended up having to bring it back 2 days later after multiple issues show up that weren’t there before I dropped it iff
Did not address the problem
I had to tell the service advisor about the sign at Hyundai that said 189 alignment and oil change before i got the same price. For my 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
They didn’t do a good job on my truck. They saying it was there already I don’t know if the guy who didi it knows how to do it
The works I requested were done fine. A gentleman who greeted me at first recommended on adding one more work to it and that was actually a good suggestion regardless of his arrogant attitude. On Friday, I called another Nissan dealership to have a key cut and key fob made and programmed to my vehicle, the other location was booked up so I called the Northside Nissan location and asked for the same thing. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem and I could bring it in any time and it was not necessary to book an appointment and their shop rate was $149 plus tax. On arrival they washed my car and vacuum the front. Service was as expected, however they have camera in the shop where you can see the people working on you vehicle, this would be great however on the day of my service only three of the cameras where working. I know it seems silly but if you have a service that you boost about then have it run right. Otherwise great, wish the coffee wasn't Starbucks but the pop made up for it!
