I only have an issue with not having a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle was getting fixed. It was dropped off on Monday evening and picked up on Friday afternoon. To be told I need to book a week in advance to get a courtesy car is unacceptable. I did not anticipate for my fuel pump to go, therefore how could I have booked one week in advance. I was able to get in very quickly for my oil change. However when I was waiting I got a call that they couldn’t find anywhere that I had free oil changes with my warranty package (that I signed upon purchase of my vehicle) this was very frustrating because I didn’t have those documents on me at the time. Ultimately after an hour they called me to tell me they figured it out and to pick my vehicle up. I would appreciate for this not to happen again, great service otherwise.

Made necessary corrections to front-end to allow wheel alignment to be made - Eccentric Bolts required to be installed. Something which should have been done at the factory but wasn't because of POOR/CHEAP/DESIGN. Consequently, I had to pay for a deficiency that NISSAN Canada fails to acknowledge as being a design flaw in their vehicles. My vehicle is a Nissan Frontier truck. I'm not impressed.
