5-stars all the way!!! Everyone was lovely. You could feel the positive energy as soon as you walked into the beautiful office. My hygienist, Cara, was fantastic! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and gentle. Dr. Pheifer is amazing!!! What an excellent bedside manner!!! Great visit all around.

I had a negative experience during my visit. I reached out to the dentist office last week and have not received a response back.
Always have a exceptional experience at Northstar family dentist...Dr.Michelle Otieno and crew are absolutely amazing...friendly..courteous and fun...
We had a excellent experience today and every time we visit there...Dr. Michelle Otieno and her assistant are exceptional including the front end receptionist and cashiers...Everyone is friendly and courteous at all times. I will always recommend Northstar family dentist to any and everyone looking for services that are second to none.

Friendly service... however very misleading about insurance coverage. Was told our insurance was in network when it was not and received a significant bill for routine annual appointment for kids. In review very few large insurances companies are in-network for them.
