This was our second visit in a week and we are already a part of the Northstar family...Exceptional people works there..very caring and kind...The Northstar family dentist is absolutely positively second to none..Dr. Michelle and the whole entire staff is the best at what they do..I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their dental procedures done.
Dr. Michelle and staff exceeded our expectations...everyone was welcoming..kind and makes us feel like family...Just a Awesome experience...Never been to a dental office this great in my years...

After more than 10 years of patronage to this dental practice without missing any appointments, I was recently told I’d be incurring a $50 charge to reschedule a basic cleaning appointment. I’m serious. Unfortunately a greed agenda, rather than a practical common sense client management approach, is shameful in my world & seriously short-sighted. Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We reserve time especially for you when an appointment is made at our office. Therefore, there is a fifty-dollar ($50.00) broken appointment fee when an appointment is not kept or is canceled by a patient within twenty-four (24) hours of the reserved time. We waved the first $50 cancelation fee on the 21st and therefore were not able to wave the fee on the 23rd.
We were recommended to try the Lewis Center location. Very easy to get appointment. 1st red flag. Set my husband up for cleaning, and new patient. He finished and called me saying it cost $150.00. Why? We have good dental insurance. This office charges for cancer screenings - later found out most dental offices do not charge for this screening. Their Fluoride treatment is double what other office's charge. My husband was not informed of the cost for xrays-he thought these would be included. their office rate is higher the... read more
