I would like a refund of the 181.00 that I was charged for a procedure that I did not know about and was supposedly performed on me First of all I was never informed that I was going to have a deep root cleaning which I don't even know if she actually performed it was not until I went to check out and was charged $345 that I was informed that I had a deep cleaning done I had to ask the hygienist to come up to the counter and explain what she did. I was mistaken on my appt. time, that was originally 10:40 and I thought it was 11:40. I called at 10:20 and receptionist said I could come in at 11:00. I so appreciated the opportunity to still come in that day.
Who ever said with new technology along with a state of the art facility you’d be more efficient and would cost you less. Well that’s not the case here. Went in for a standard cleaning which my insurance covers 100% but after 90 minutes, not including the 15 minutes of waiting I because I arrived early, I left without my teeth cleaned but instead had 18 xrays taken, photos taken, and was told I’d have to reschedule since they ran out of time.
