Sabrina was awesome and has great costumer service skills. I had actually reserved a unit at one of your competitors.at a lower rate. However they wouldn't answer the phone to complete my application. When I called Freedom, this person answered,( Sabrina) and from the beginning she simplified it and didn't attempt to pressure me or over sell me.
