Ms. Leslie was extremely helpful. I was having a very bad day and wasn’t exactly polite, I’m sorry to admit. Ms. Leslie was very patient and kind to me. She answered all of my questions and made the process very quick and easy. I left feeling so much better. A really great experience.

I have rented units at the Bedford facility several times over the past few years and my experience was always an excellent and easy one. The manager is so respectful and kind and understanding every time I have a storage need. I highly recommend this facility and that’s why I gave the full star rating.

That's your ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing. They're very friendly and inviting the atmosphere is wonderful. I haven't had any issues at all since renting here I highly recommend it.
