I absolutely love the storage facility especially the staff. Talyn and the manager and I can't remember her name but they have been very accommodating. I really appreciate their help. It's been a long time since I received excellent customer service like this.

I just rented E. McDowell Storage Rental. I am very satisfied with the services. There were some hiccups with the final payment because of computer issues, but we were able to resolve them. Thank you to Steve, Pam, and other team members. They were very helpful and nice. I will come back next time when I need the storage for my daughter. I would give it a 4.75 if there is such rating.

I've been doing business with(& have a) storage with them(iStorage/ironclad)for 6 yrs now & from back then till now their service(from their local office/Troy hwy Montgomery al.
