The lady at the desk greeted us with a pleasant smile. She was an excellent sales person and made my experience with Southern Storage feel very welcoming! I will definitely be dealing with Southern Storage for all my storage needs.

Hello, this is Reginald T. Jackson. Lois does an awesome job. She's always been courteous and respectful. I've never seen her with a negative attitude. Lois is also very punctual when it comes to issues with the units. They are also very clean. . She is great!

Kaylon Silva, the property manager, is excellent at keeping everything like invoices and payments up to date. She informs customers about any changes that are forthcoming, like the recent gate improvement, and anything else that may affect customer access. I strongly recommend this storage facility in Bernalillo for price, customer service and accessibility.
