I've had my belongings in storage for 8 years now. I've had excellent customer service from the site manager Candice. She has called me to remind me of monthly payment, which Im grateful for. Candice has helped me in so many payment issues, allowing me to make payments on 2 different cards. I highly recommend I storage in Carson City, Nevada.

I absolutely love the storage facility especially the staff. Talyn and the manager and I can't remember her name but they have been very accommodating. I really appreciate their help. It's been a long time since I received excellent customer service like this.

I just rented E. McDowell Storage Rental. I am very satisfied with the services. There were some hiccups with the final payment because of computer issues, but we were able to resolve them. Thank you to Steve, Pam, and other team members. They were very helpful and nice. I will come back next time when I need the storage for my daughter. I would give it a 4.75 if there is such rating.
