Did a great job snd great customer service
Everyone has always been helpful in selection of items needed, they answer all my questions. We have received everything very quickly. I hope to never have to use any other company
Colby did a great job demonstrating the new mobility chair. My only complaint is I thought it was going to be light weight so we could take Joel in the car. It’s a whole process and it’ doesn’t collapse all the way down. We would need 2 people to lift the chair and put into the car as well as take it out.
Very pleasant experience as the service technician came to me and completed the air in his van. Very happy with the overall experience.
Our daughter needed a new back for her wheelchair. She has scoliosis and was no longer comfortable with the old back (Ride Back, customized to her shape). When we went to Numotion at Texas Children’s they told us our daughter needed a new wheelchair altogether, and that the back would be manufactured by a different vendor. We started the process in March 2025 and didn’t get the new chair till April 2026 (partly due to the fact that we spend long periods of time out of state). Faster home appointments than three weeks.
Today I want the Houston news to cover my sons Disability story about his wheelchair E FIX and united community plan 17 Months trying to get a wheelchair. No wheelchair in sight .November 2024 thru April 4 2025 manager Shane Nair. said paperwork is not complete and order has not been made as of April 4 2025. I t could take six more weeks. We have been lied to and told, the chair was going to be ready two weeks ago by our contact Bebe at Numotion .sounds like fraud.
