This is truly some of the worst “customer service” I’ve ever experienced. I have a new wheelchair that was delivered the beginning of November that I can’t even use because it doesn’t fit me properly. There seems to have been some miscommunication or a mistake made when my chair was ordered or when I was measured for a new chair. That’s fine. Terrible.. they don’t understand the complexity of the patients they service.. I need a repairman urgently but they couldn’t provide because their IT service was down.

Order parts in timely fashion be more assertive in doing repairs instead of finding reasons to avoid just to order more parts and make client wait even longer very dissatisfied !!

Nobody seems to know what is actually going on with orders at this place. Been waiting on a chair for three months now just to get the delivery scheduled and find out after the new chair wasn’t dropped off that they shipped our custom order back to another state. It has been Beyond frustrating dealing with this company and will never do it again.

Try being a company that’s honest instead of being deceitful to your clients. Stuart flat out lied to me saying the previous company I used to get my wheelchair had closed down when they had not and apparently I was not the only person he had said this to because I called the company Colours and they said that’s not the first time someone had let them know. I personally think this is a disgusting way to go about business and do intend on finding a new company for my next wheelchair.

This company needs a major overhaul for all things...scheduling, communication, organization, etc. You name it, NuMotion falls short! On average, requests take months and most of the time the delays are not supply chain issues. The lack of follow up and the ability to deliver on goods/services that the handicap community depend on, as proven to be disappointing in the last couple of years.
