Today I want the Houston news to cover my sons Disability story about his wheelchair E FIX and united community plan 17 Months trying to get a wheelchair. No wheelchair in sight .November 2024 thru April 4 2025 manager Shane Nair. said paperwork is not complete and order has not been made as of April 4 2025. I t could take six more weeks. We have been lied to and told, the chair was going to be ready two weeks ago by our contact Bebe at Numotion .sounds like fraud.

This is truly some of the worst “customer service” I’ve ever experienced. I have a new wheelchair that was delivered the beginning of November that I can’t even use because it doesn’t fit me properly. There seems to have been some miscommunication or a mistake made when my chair was ordered or when I was measured for a new chair. That’s fine. Terrible.. they don’t understand the complexity of the patients they service.. I need a repairman urgently but they couldn’t provide because their IT service was down.

There's a short in the wiring. The control on the chair keeps turning itself off.
