Once the parts finally arrived the service was great. Waiting until payment is secured to even order the parts stretches things out quite irritatingly. I can understand getting paid is a high priority but customer service is a good thing too. My parts were not emergent but what if they were?

Great experience! It was wonderful that Randy remembered many details from our previous wheelchair clinic 7 years ago. With Randy on the Zoom monitor and Katherine taking measurements and evaluating Andrew’s needs, asking many questions to parents & caregiver, I feel they did a great job! Very enjoyable experience.
