The evaluation went well. He explained to us that the wheelchair will help with my husband’s mobility since he can steer himself around with it. It would also help with relieving his bedsores. He checked to make sure there is room to bring the chair in and said that he’ll be back to have my husband try it before it is ordered. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his product.

Randy were very pleasant - great listener, very knowledgeable, shared many things, explain all details of what I was signing, knew so much, saw a picture of what I will receive and described it as well on how, what and where it runs. Living in remote Alaska and needed parts for my chair. Did a zoom call with a tec and showed them the parts needed replaced. Parts were ordered and several weeks later I got a call that the parts were in and that I needed to bring my chair in to repair the chair. They told at first that they had to install the parts or the insurance company would not pay for them. That was completely untrue.
