Living in remote Alaska and needed parts for my chair. Did a zoom call with a tec and showed them the parts needed replaced. Parts were ordered and several weeks later I got a call that the parts were in and that I needed to bring my chair in to repair the chair. They told at first that they had to install the parts or the insurance company would not pay for them. That was completely untrue.
