I had my wheelchair tire tube busted in February . I called February 20, 2025 and reported that my tire is punctured and I am unable to use my wheelchair. The lady took the information and said that she will have a tech get in touch with me. The tech called and asked to show him via zoom video which tire was busted. He said they have to order the tire and once they receive it, they will come and fix it. They called and set up an appointment for March 24, 2025 to come and fix it. Can't review Power wheelchair I need but do not have. Need loaner to get to medical appointments and to shop to meet my needs. For lack of a loaner or new power wheelchair yet. I a retired minister who can not go to church without a loaner Lost Christmas and easter services for lack of a loaner.
