Noah is efficient and courteous, and on time. My only gripe is the time it takes to get through the hoops of insurance , ordering and finally making an appointment. We are powerchair dependent for ADLs and work and any delay in repairs can make for significant hardship. But Noah is great.

Once we got past your clerical consolidation and were able to get contact, Mr. Silva on the 1021 basis, we were able to satisfy our needs for our son Corey. His experience and expertise and technique will save us from having to get another wheelchair and be able to use the one we had which was in good shape, but needed some adjustments. Erik the ATP that came to Moses Lake to evaluate my mom did a fantastic job. Good personality. Easy to talk to. Good with my mom. I appreciate what you guys do!
