I didn’t indicate that I “liked” the experience. It was a bit dissatisfying that there was one choice & it wasn’t the one I was to be issued. The traveling (assembly to trunk /street, lifting limits, even joy stick placement as to right side/left side, all overlooked. As I said, a bit disappointing. Very nice staff, tho. We were late by at least 1/2 hr. Went to wrong hospital building. Staff reps were extremely kind & most understanding. Kudos on their people skills. Greatly appreciated .
Very thorough and thoughtful. Linda and Rick did an amazing job in figuring out what and how things should be for Tiffany to give her a better grade of comfort, that would ease her pain while being up.Very pleased with the appointment. Eric was able to fix all of the problems with my chair. He successfully floated my elbows which will enable healing. Great Job Eric!
The representative, Leo, was very professional, understanding, and kind. He was very detailed and explained everything so we could understand the pros and cons.
Everyone that office and shop is fantastic. Are we so polite and I’m sitting in the waiting room and the gal brought me some nice fresh cold water from the Culligan dispenser
On time nice man helped took his time slowly with me helped me understand n not made fun or ridicule me.. cane back n checked in with me.. very understand n knew knowledge of power chair ty
It was a great experience. Very nice and knowledgeable.
Had a brake on he wheelchair snap off. Called and got someone at a regional office and they could not help me. Only stating I would get a call in one to three days. I then called and left a message with a tech that set up the wheelchair. I had a loaner brake in a day and two new brakes ordered and installed under warranty in less than a week. If you can contact the right person, things go great.
