Had a brake on he wheelchair snap off. Called and got someone at a regional office and they could not help me. Only stating I would get a call in one to three days. I then called and left a message with a tech that set up the wheelchair. I had a loaner brake in a day and two new brakes ordered and installed under warranty in less than a week. If you can contact the right person, things go great.

Rocky was a great asset. He suggested ways to help with the use of the electric Wheel chair. He is going to set up a trial of a head device for steering.. He works well with the physical therapist and was super knowledgeable about the wheelchairs. We are greatful for having the ability to work with him.
