By caring about your customers
Through the process of ordering and receiving the wheel chair, took 7 months with really no communication from Numotion unless I called. If that how its supposed to work, I would suggest that the company tell the customer ahead of time that they will need to initiate the communication to keep up to speed on how the order is progressing.
