You get one star because I am not allowed to give you 0. My daughter has been purchasing medical equipment from this company since we moved to Idaho in 2013. Up until recently, probably due to the buy out in 2017, this had been a good company and we were happy to use them. However, recently their quality of service has taken a nose dive.
