Tim and Kathy were extremely helpful and professional. They explained things very well and were most helpful helping with transitions.
Lindsey is extremely personable and knows her stuff. Fitting was fast and easy. Was nice to see what rhe finished chair will look like.

The initial appt was missed because the technician went to the incorrect location and outside of the appt time. Had to rescheduled when it had already taken significant time to schedule initially. Second appt came outside of scheduled appt time again with no contact. Almost missed technician.
Everything went well,the young man had taking his time with me and my granny he didn’t rush he was excellent and prompt.
