Although technician didn’t have correct part when first came, he got the part and fixed the part. Just took a couple of minutes and he did a good job.

Derek was amazing and so kind. He knew exactly what my husband who has MS needed in a chair. We both loved how friendly he was and so patient. I couldn’t believe how many measurements he did to make this chair perfect. He also kept in mind how to make a caretaker needs included .
