James is very friendly and takes the time to explain what Nuvia provides and sets your expectations. He tested to verify the water condition. Installer did a fantastic job in installing the tanks and salt container. Friendly and hard working. There was a delay arrival time upon agreed window. but there was no reason to be upset over it. Things happen and I understand. Thank you for the clean water and great service. I feel privileged and lucky to have afford and have access to clean water.
This review is mostly for James Ramert. Customer service was exceptional. He was responsive and came out to evaluate at home and gave us straightforward information and a great system for our home, no pressure or upsell, very knowledgeable, the price was very reasonable. The system has been working amazing, No hard water stains on glass, my stainless steel sink, clothes come out of the wash softer, and most importantly, my daughter’s eczema has improved.
