We received a notice in our mail that says notice of parcel on hold with a parcel number on it. We decided to call the number on the notice and it was Nuvia water. They wanted to schedule an appointment to come and check out our water. A water treatment specialist James visited our home. He was a dynamic representative with solid information for our inquiries. A special thank you to James at Nuvia, he was the sale rep that came to our house. He helped set up the whole house & drinking systems, our water is healthier, tastier and safer. He was very kind enough to stop by and did the retests when installation has completed. His professionalism, kindness and patience were outstanding.
I was always interested to have a water softener and alkaline water system to drink. But a little concern abt the price. When Hector Ovalle came out to my house and did a demonstration and worked out the price with me, it wasn’t that expensive. I highly recommend these water systems. And recommend to work with Hector. Hector was very knowledgeable and professional and was willing to work out the price with you.
Took my first soft water shower today. Feels like butter on the skin. Hopefully we don't have to use the squeegee anymore for the shower doors. My wife always gets mad when I forget lol big shout out to James Ramert for making this experience, fun and easy.
Didn't know much about water, filtration or city water. We had James representative come in to do a water analysis. Very detailed and patient with our questions. We got the whole house water treatment system and also drinking water unit. Everything is working perfectly. My brother is getting installed next week. I plan to spread the word on getting clean water for homes.
Saw some scary news out of California using wastewater in tapwater. Research many companies found that Nuvia has excellent filtration that focuses on very harmful chemicals. We had James out to our house to explain in detail what the system is capable of and why getting a long-term solution was the Right move for us. The system is performing beautifully and my peace of mind is much needed. Thanks again Nuvia.
Blake was very personable and very enthusiastic about Nuvia's products and services. He went into great detail explaining about water quality and the need for clean water. If I decide to get a water purification system, he'll be the person that I contact. That being said, I didn't appreciate the fact that your company wasn't really very direct about what they were doing.
