I found this company on Angie’s list. I did have about four other companies in my house before Nuvia came in. I was very impressed with how the system is built for longevity. I have had systems in the past that never really worked properly or faded very quickly on performance. The representative James was very respectful of the other companies and showed me how they were different. After doing my own research I found that Nuvia had better quality media and a stronger warranty. I’m happy with my decision.

James at Nuvia Water was exceptionally very patient and helping us gain a better understanding of how and why their systems right fit for us. He also was fantastic in scheduling me for quickly installation within next day. My husband and I have been researched for months, finally James was the only one made us feel confident enough to make the decision to get clean water. Great sale rep James, he explained the entire systems and tested our water. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy & professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns that we had in mind. It’s been four months when they installed the system and we love it.
I found this company on Angie’s list. After talking to four other companies, I came back to Nuvia for my water system. James was able to point out key factors to the system that separated from the generic water softeners on the market. I’m so happy that we have clean beautiful water throughout our house and don’t have to worry about the scale build up on our shower doors. My wife even threw away the squeegee that she makes me do every night.
I wanted to leave this five star review for James. The water in Torrance is terrible. James was able to fix the issues we were having with lime, scale buildup and even improved the problems I have with psoriasis. Everything went smooth and we are very happy with our decision to go with Nuvia.
James was extremely patient, professional and informative in the process of helping us choose best water treatment for us. He was very passionate and confident in Nuvia systems, it also helped knowing that Nuvia offered life time warranty. Installation process went smoothly and installer was professional. We are greatly satisfied with Nuvia whole house & reverse osmosis system, as well as great customer service provided by James.
Great product and great people to work with. Absolutely loving the clean water. We had one small hiccup with installation unrelated to Nuvia and as soon as Edwin heard about it the issue was resolved immediately. That kind of care let me know I was working with good people. I would highly recommend.
