Great systems, great service, very knowledgeable representative James. I would refer to everybody.
First of all, I never leave reviews. But I’ve never felt so excited about something I bought in my life. My daughter had eczema for almost entire life. It’s been almost 3 weeks and her eczema is almost gone. We already have stopped using the steroid creams that we used to use. I have to give a big shout out to James. He really helped us make a decision here. I would recommend everybody who struggles with sensitive skin do consider getting a Nuvia system for their home.

I am very satisfied with Nuvia and Edwin as our sales rep. He came out and tested our water and answered all our questions. We got that gift card as promised I'm very happy with the system itself, our water feels, tastes, and looks great! Edwin came back for a retest as promised and answered more of our questions. As others have mentioned the marketing is sketchy. I'm not sure why they do that when they're a good company with a quality product and great customer service.
Edwin was great as selling me the Nuva water filter. He supplied me with all the information needed to make a decision. He was kind and detail, enough to sell me the equipment. Thank you Edwin I love my water filter.
Edwin, the sales rep, did an excellent job explaining the Nuvia reverse osmosis and whole house filtration systems. He also thoroughly discussed the differences between Nuvia’s products and its competitors. The installation technician, Gabriel, was tidy and efficient at his job. He plumbed lines to the new Nuvia spigot and to the refrigerator, giving me filtrated water from my reverse osmosis system. I am more than satisfied with both men’s work.
