We are extremely happy to replace our basic water softener & drinking systems with Nuvia water technologies systems. James had offered free uninstalled & installed, the whole process was fast & simple, Nuvia soft water quality is so amazing, our skin feel different right away first shower. Drinking water tastes so good. We have learned our lessons, you get what you pay for. I truly recommend Nuvia systems to every family.

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with our Nuvia system. Edwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for us when inquiring about the system. Not only that but he knew we were expecting and went above and beyond to make sure our system was installed seamlessly. Rey and Brad came out to test my water for several things like particulates, chlorine, and the hardness of the water. Not only are they very knowledgeable about “all things water” for the Fort Worth area, but they very personable to talk with. They were able to answer all my questions and did a great job of teaching me new information in a way that I’m able to understand. We have used Nuvia systems for 6 months now. We want to say thanks to James, he was very knowledgeable of product line. He was very courteous and professional. Actually he is the reason we were made comfortable to decide which model we should get. He was prompt in arranging the installation. The installers were very efficient, fast and clean workmanship. So far very happy, James is making sure the water is soft and purified as promised.
