Rey and Brad came out to test my water for several things like particulates, chlorine, and the hardness of the water. Not only are they very knowledgeable about “all things water” for the Fort Worth area, but they very personable to talk with. They were able to answer all my questions and did a great job of teaching me new information in a way that I’m able to understand. After a lot of comparisons, I chose Nuvia Water Technologies company. I am very grateful to Mr James for the professional demonstration and patient explanation. Now we can drink amazing alkaline water and taking shower in soft water.
We have used Nuvia systems for 6 months now. We want to say thanks to James, he was very knowledgeable of product line. He was very courteous and professional. Actually he is the reason we were made comfortable to decide which model we should get. He was prompt in arranging the installation. The installers were very efficient, fast and clean workmanship. So far very happy, James is making sure the water is soft and purified as promised.
