I am giving 5 stars for James at Nuvia Water Technologies Inc. He provided great and fast service. I was pleased with his professionalism and knowledge about the product. He performed water tests to show how poor tap water was. And after systems installed, he showed me perfect clean water, it was amazing to feel and see my own eyes. The water tastes great. He’s awesome man, he was very thorough with his water tests, he made sure I see all the harmful chemicals in tap water so I can make a better decision for my family. We just got rid of Costco eco system and replaced with Nuvia water treatment system. We are very thankful to James at Nuvia, he came by our home and performed free water tests. Found out the existing Eco systems at our home was not working at all, he tested the water with on system and off system, outside tap water and in home water, the water was the same very dirty. My husband and I just moved into a Brand-new home. So excited to get the whole house water system. So far it has kept the house spot free with no hard water stains on the toilets. I even had my husband throw away his squeegee. James was very thorough with the testing and Ben who installed the system was very professional.

I appreciate James water test presentation, he was very clear in his presentation. James did great job showing us what was in tap water vs. Brita filtered water vs. clean bottle water. It was very eye opening, my husband and I refuse to use tap water after seeing the tests. We had to sign up for Nuvia systems right away, that was the best decision we have made. Thank you Nuvia for sending us a postcard telling us that we missed a parcel, if not, we had never met James. We are very happy with the systems.
